Princess Eugenie, Jack Brooksbank welcome second son


The princess said she gave birth on May 30. Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank welcomed their second child on Monday.

Sharing two photos of the newborn on Instagram, the princess said they named their son Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank.

He added: “Jack and I wanted to share the news that we welcomed our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank on 30th May 2023 at 8.49am weighing 7.1kg.”

She said her son was named after “George’s great great grandfather, George’s grandfather and my grandfather Ronald.”

Eugenie and Jack announced the news they were expecting another little one on Instagram in January, as they uploaded a sweet photo of August kissing his mother’s growing baby bump.

The princess has never officially announced her due date and has only vaguely stated that baby number two is due “this summer”.

Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack became parents for the first time in February 2021 when they welcomed their now two-year-old son August into the world.
